It appears that the TRACKBALLWORKS App was not responding well. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the appropriate device drivers and application. I finally reached the Kensington support group by phone and the support rep walked me through all the changes needed in SYSTEM PREFERENCES to get it working AGAIN!! (Too numerous to itemize here.)Īccording to the support rep, there are changes in macOS High Sierra that are causing a flood of support calls to Kensington to help resolve the issue.īut still received the error message: no supported kensington trackball found.
